Hire requirements - for independent artists, westberlyn has a very reasonable 4-hour performance call rate which includes a multi-role venue manager/tech. Please note artists hiring the space for performances will need to provide evidence of public liability cover for their performance in the venue. westberlyn has building public liability cover that does not extend to a hirer’s performance activity.
