  • set back from the corner of Whatley Cres & Hamilton St, behind the IGA & 100m walk to Bayswater Station.

parking: lots of available off Hamilton Street in the carpark.

  • disability parking is just off Hamilton Street 15m from the door with no steps into the studio.

  • one reserved spot for unit 2 at the back of unit 4(Carnivore House)

train: Bayswater Station is 100 meters away.

  • from the station into the venue is fully wheelchair accessible by use of the ramped footpath up past the IGA

opening hours: depends on the needs of each hirer.
