set back from the corner of Whatley Cres & Hamilton St, behind the IGA & 100m walk to Bayswater Station.
parking: lots of available off Hamilton Street in the carpark.
disability parking is just off Hamilton Street 15m from the door with no steps into the studio.
one reserved spot for unit 2 at the back of unit 4(Carnivore House)
train: Bayswater Station is 100 meters away.
from the station into the venue is fully wheelchair accessible by use of the ramped footpath up past the IGA
opening hours: depends on the needs of each hirer.
